Requirements for Notary Commission

1. Traditional Notary Commission:

   • Complete both the Commission Course and Commission Exam.
   • Enrollment and completion of each portion must be done separately.

2. eNotary Commission:

   • Obtain your traditional notary commission first.
   • Then complete both the eRegistration Course and eRegistration Exam (enrollment and completion required separately).

3. Payment Information:

   • Payment for training and exams is processed through your SilverFlume portal during application submission, not on this site.
   • Training and exam fees:
     • Traditional Notary Training: $45.00
     • eNotary Training: $45.00
   • Training, exams, and payments must be completed within 90 days for validity.

Recommendations for Training Completion

• Use a desktop device to avoid progress loss due to connectivity issues, which commonly occur on mobile devices.
• Save Progress:
  • Ensure you close the training player at completion to save progress.
  • Take a screenshot or save a PDF of your training/exam completion for verification. This is required to issue your Notary Commission.
